چکیده

A complete proof of the quark Reggeization hypothesis in the leading logarithmic approximation for any quark–gluon inelastic process in the multi–Regge kinematics in all orders of α s is given. First, we show that the multi–Regge form of QCD amplitudes is guarantied if a set of conditions on the Reggeon vertices and the trajectories is fulfilled. Then, we examine these conditions and show that they are satisfied.

This paper is devoted to the calculation of the Reggeized quark – Reggeized quark – gluon effective vertex in perturbative QCD in the next–to–leading order. The case of QCD with massless quarks is considered and the correction is obtained in theD → 4 limit. This vertex appears in the quark Reggeization theory, which next–to–leading order extension is now under construction.

During the last year, analytic expressions for the two-loop QCD corrections to the form factors for the vector, axial-vector, scalar and pseudo-scalar vertices involving a pair of heavy quarks, QQ̄, were calculated. The results are valid for arbitrary momentum transfer and mass of the heavy quarks. These form factors have a number of applications, including anomalous couplings, the e+e− → QQ̄ cro...

Verification of bootstrap conditions for amplitudes with quark exchanges in QMRK

The compatibility of the multi–Regge form of QCD amplitudes in the quasi–multi– Regge kinematics (QMRK) and the s–channel unitarity imposes some constraints on the effective jet–production vertices. We demonstrate that these constraints known as bootstrap conditions are satisfied for the amplitudes with the Reggeized quark exchanges.

The principles of minimal sensitivity (PMS) criterion is applied to the perturbative free energy density, or pressure, of hot QCD, which include the ∼ g s ln gs and part of the ∼ g 6 s terms. Applications are made separately to the shortand long-distance parts of the pressure. Comparison with the lattice results, at low temperatures, shows that the resultant “optimal” approximants are substanti...
